The fixed sleeves are best for static and controlled movements, like in bodybuilding exercises and with bumper plates or rubberized plates they can also be dropped while protecting the handle itself as well as surfaces.

The 50mm sleeve diameter of our Olympic Dumbbell Handle allows for seamless compatibility with a wide range of weight plates, giving you the freedom to build your dumbbell workouts according to your desired intensity. Its 12cm long shaft and 28mm diameter ensure a comfortable grip while having optimal control during your workouts. This barbell uses a black e-coating – harder wearing than black oxide, chrome and zinc, which is corrosion resistant, environmentally friendly and economical. E-Coating is the process of electrically applying a paint finish to metals. The end result is a hard-wearing, durable and safe finish which effectively resists oxidation and corrosion from water, sunlight and household chemicals.
